Cindy graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology. Following graduation, she worked as a software engineer for ID Systems, Inc. building RF asset management and tracking software. She then pursued other challenges at The Princeton Review, leading major web development efforts on various high school, consumer and intranet applications. Cindy has also worked as a software consultant for Embark Corporation, Promotions.com and Mary Pomerantz Advertising, building custom web-based applications.

Rome is a graduate of Parsons School of Design with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Industrial Design and training in fashion design, graphic design, and photography. Rome has over six years of experience working at Fossil Inc., Movado Group Inc., and E.Gluck Corporation. He has designed some of the world's leading fashion brands, including Burberry, Emporio Armani, Zodiac, Fossil, Tommy Hilfiger, Anne Klein and Lucky Brand.
